Rental and Contact Information:
Weekly rental rate:
May and June $1,100 per week
July and August $1,300 per week
September and October $1,100 per week
Booking Policy: A 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Rental agreement required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If reservations are cancelled prior to 30 days from arrival, 50% of reservation deposit (25% of total rental fee) is fully refundable. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
Security deposit required upon arrival.
Rent is Payable with Cash, Personal Check, Cashier’s Checks, or Traveler’s checks.
Rental Schedule:
Week begins Saturday. Check in after 4 p.m.
Week ends Saturday. Checkout is 10:30 a.m. or before.
Please contact us for other terms, including shorter rentals, rental by the month, or for rentals out of season to make arrangements.
PLEASE:
No smoking. (Smoking prohibited inside cottage. To prevent forest fires, please use ashtray.)
No glass permitted on beach.
Outdoor campfires permitted only inside fire ring.
NO PETS.
